At Creative Cables, we want you to be fully satisfied with your lighting components; if an item doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut cables and personalized lighting kits are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all small components and fittings are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
